Minutes of the Fort Smith Amateur Radio Club January 2021
The January 2021 Meeting of the FSAARC was held online on January 18, 2021. There were 14 People online for the Meeting. The Minutes from the December Meeting were not posted as WC5SR the Club Secretary was unable to attend that meeting due to Work.
The Treasurer’s Report was presented by WO0OOO John Annis, Club Treasurer as follows,
Beginning Balance $2,534.46
Donations $1,500.00
Tickets for Drawing $2,837.91
Sales $180.17
Electric Bill $50.00
Domain Renewal $17.99
Ending Balance $7,232.00
Donation was from sale of Equipment of Mitch Lewellen
Motion to approve Treasurer’s Report by W5GOL, seconded by KI5BYN, Motion approved unanimously.
Repeater Report: Everything is working fine.
OLD BUSINESS – NONE
NEW BUSINESS – KI5BYN stated he needs a full list of Members of FSAARC to forward to ARRL.
Motion was made to extend a Life Membership of FSAARC to Mitch Lewellen, motion to approve was made and seconded and Motion was approved Unanimously.
It was discussed that the Club is looking for Volunteers to help with conducting the Thursday Night Net, if you are interested please let the Club know.
WO0OOO stated that he is looking for someone to help with doing the FSAARC Website if you are interested please contact him.
Motion was made to adjourn the meeting and was approved.
